ok..here's my new blog..(again!!) and hopefully this is the last time i created blog. i love writes about something because i know i can read it some other time..and remember all the good times happened in my life.

my current obsession is basically on the healthy lifestyles, how to take care of my body and living life as it should be on my 30's. i aged every year, getting old day by day no matter how hard i tried (so sad). anyway, some of the student still guessing my age just around 26 or 28 (thanks student, i love you).hahahah.

i want to look at my best even though we get older. after all life goes on, we cannot stop aging process. i see some celebrities still look good on their ages..so i decided to eat correctly, think correctly and act correctly and i want to avoid stress as much as i can.

ok, lets back to healthy food.


  only God know how i feel now after neglecting my young age with fast food and junks. i ate fast food regularly, sometimes i ordered Dominos as midnight dinner, Mc Donalds for breakfast and Fried (anything fried) whenever i feel hungry.

the only good thing i did to my health is eating ulam and vegetables regularly because i hate greasy malay cuisine..and i seldom eat kuah. this little healthy eating pattern actually help me look younger (a bit) compared to my ages.

but eating too much carbohydrates shows its effect on my body as i feeling bloated and heavy. over time, i become skinny fat (i found the terms on the web).

for some time i feel worried about my images. i want to look fit and toned.

i started atkins diet where i lost 3kg in a week. but after some time, i am losing weight but my face grows pimples - which freaks me out because i never had it before.
